Labour's Sadiq Khan has won the London mayoral election, while the battle for the West Midlands is still very tight for Conservative Andy Street, PA Media reports.

The incumbent Mayor Khan defeated his rival, Conservative Party candidate Susan Hall, in an election that was accompanied by criticism of his decision to expand London's ultra-low emission zone.
