French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal delivered an address on the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

"In this memorable moment, even if it's difficult, even if sometimes it seems that everything pushes us to stop believing, I want to see hope. Hope because Armenia has endured, it is writing the future of itself and its people. Hope for peace and solidarity because we work towards it and, despite the losses, we never give up. Hope that our values—the shared values of democracy, tolerance, and freedom—will prevail. Armenia has survived dramas, tears, attacks," said the French PM.
