I agree with the idea of signing a peace treaty by November. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during his press conference Tuesday—and regarding the chances of signing a peace treaty with Azerbaijan.

"For that, all the agreed principles, which are public and were agreed upon at the negotiation platforms, shall be recorded in the peace treaty. It is necessary to outline and sign those principles. I agree with that logic. I hope that this progress will be recorded at the scheduled meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Almaty, [Kazakhstan]," added Pashinyan.
