The 21st Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival will take place this year on July 7-14.

This year again, the international film festival will present to the public competitive films from various countries, as well as films from the most prestigious film festivals.

Also, world cinema figures will arrive in Armenia, and they will present their experience and art to cinema lovers.

This year’s Golden Apricot festival will pay special attention to the 100th birth anniversaries of two Armenian greats: renowned French Armenian musician Charles Aznavour, and famous Armenian filmmaker Sergei Parajanov.

Other details about this year’s Golden Apricot Yerevan International Film Festival will be presented to the public later, the event organizers say.
