Hraparak daily of Armenia writes as follows: Our government sources report that simultaneously with importing fourth-grade grain and diesel fuel from Azerbaijan, negotiations, work are also being carried out on the matter of sugar import [to Armenia].

We were told that the incumbent authorities' favorite oligarch, sugar import monopolist Samvel Aleksanyan, shows interest on that matter, too, and in the near future this dream of his also will, in fact, come true.

Let us recall that the company importing grain from Azerbaijan [to Armenia] belongs to Samvel Aleksanyan, and among the [Azerbaijani] gasoline importers [to Armenia] is Shisha World, a company belonging to the businessman's wife Shogherina’s brother, Samvel Mkrtchyan.
