
An earthquake has struck Turkey’s Balikesir Province, informed the Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) of the country.
The quake, measuring 4.4 on the Richter scale, struck the Sindirgi municipality of Balikesir.
The epicenter of this tremor was located at a depth of 14.78 kilometers.
According to preliminary data, the seismic activity did not cause any damage or casualties.
