
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Proud Engineers company founder Taavi Kotka, who previously served as Estonia's Chief Information Officer.
The premier emphasized the cooperation between the Armenian government and Proud Engineers in digitalization, and noted that the digitalization process in Armenia is considered a priority, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the PM’s office. Pashinyan stressed the importance of exchanging experience, including ensuring the process is implemented smoothly and efficiently. According to the Armenian leader, digitalizing the public administration system of Armenia will provide new impetus to the efficiency of the country’s state institutions and the providing of quality services to its citizens.
In turn, Taavi Kotka presented the activities of Proud Engineers and the work and initiatives carried out in various European countries in digitalization. Also, he addressed the principles, tools, and opportunities of digitalization, and expressed readiness to cooperate closely with Armenian partners.
