Exactly six years ago, our political team and I took over the governing of Armenia. At that moment we considered serving the agenda, which in our reality was accepted as nationwide goals, to be our primary task. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during his press conference today.

"The full servicing of that agenda has revealed a series of conceptual and practical problems, which became more fundamental before, during the 44-day war of 2020, and after it. Throughout that time, we have considered the diagnosis of the mentioned problems important, considering the solution to be vital.

Dealing with all that revealed for us not only the insolubility of some of the problems, but also their incompatibility with the ideas and practices of independence, sovereignty, statehood. Certain agendas have demonstrated their impasse, the probable deep purpose of which is to prevent the establishment and development of our country, by strategically targeting Armenia's independence and sovereign statehood," he said.

According to Pashinyan, now there is a need to review the strategic vision of Armenia's development, and the real vision of the country, which he spoke about during the discussion of the implementation of the government's program, stems from this.

The PM began to present, with slides, what the Republic of Armenia is, how much its territory is, and what sovereignty, independence, etc. mean. He repeated that when we say "Republic of Armenia," we mean the territory of 29,743 square kilometers.

To note, Mount Aragats of Armenia was in the background of the aforesaid slides.
